Service Description

By booking and purchasing services from Penn Consulting, the Client agrees to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Service. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Penn Consulting. Scope of Services Basic Package ($750) For the Basic Package, the Client is responsible for providing all necessary content and materials, including: Mission and vision statements A list of services, philosophy A company logo, tagline, color scheme Penn Consulting will provide the following services based on the materials provided by the Client: Website design or refresh Brochure design Business card design All-Inclusive Package ($1,000) For the All-Inclusive Package, Penn Consulting is responsible for both content and design. Services include: Setting up the webpage Creating mission and vision statements Developing a company logo and tagline, color scheme Defining a philosophy or education Payments and Refunds All payments for services must be made in full before the commencement of any work. All fees are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued once work has begun on a project, regardless of the reason for termination by the Client. Project Timelines and Revisions Penn Consulting will provide a project timeline and completion date to the Client upon the commencement of the project. Typically the first draft is delivered within 10 business days of receiving materials from the client. The Client will be given an opportunity to review the initial draft of the deliverables. Following this review, the Client is entitled to a maximum of two (2) rounds of edits per project deliverable. Any additional edits beyond the two included rounds will be subject to an additional fee, to be determined by Penn Consulting. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide all required information and materials in a timely manner to avoid delays in project completion. For the Basic Package, this includes providing all specified content (mission statement, vision statement, list of services, and logo) within ten (10) business days of the project start date. Delays caused by the Client may result in an extension of the project timeline. Limitation of Liability Penn Consulting's liability to the Client is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services. Penn Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of its services.
