40 Hour Director's Training

Service Description

The Director’s Training workshop equips participants with program planning and administration knowledge and skills necessary to coordinate an effective early childhood development program including state rules and regulations, legal issues (HR/employment law, custody issues, mandated reporting, confidentiality, labor, and anti-discrimination laws), developmentally appropriate practices, marketing, financial planning, facilities management, staff development, parental/community relations, ethics, professionalism, diversity and facility management regulations which meet Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning: Bright from the Start rules and regulations and national safety standards established by the The American Academy of Pediatrics, The National Board of Health and the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
