This engaging 2-hour live webinar explores essential strategies for fostering communication, language, and literacy skills in young children, directly aligning with the Georgia Early Learning and Development Standards (GELDS) and professional workforce competencies. Participants will gain research-based practices to support children's development, utilizing practical tools like the GET Ready Screening Tool, Peach Online Lesson Planning activities, and other recent resources to make literacy instruction "fun"damental and effective, ultimately empowering children to communicate effectively and reach their full potential.
Attendance: Students are expected to log in with cameras on, arrive on time for classes and to attend each class for the full class period. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of the training. Participants who arrive later than the first 10 minutes of the training may not be permitted to enter and will not receive credit for the course.
