About the event
This training, "For Such a Time as This: Leading with Biblical Discernment in Australian Early Education," equips leaders to navigate the complexities of a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) and BANI (Brittle, Anxious, Non-linear, Incomprehensible) world through a framework grounded in Biblical principles. Participants will develop strategic leadership skills, enhancing governance and fostering a positive culture in alignment with the National Quality Standard (7.1, 7.2), the ECA Code of Ethics, and the EYLF principles.
